Howdy, I'm Braxton! Originally from Tennessee, I'm a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman turned Software Engineer at Fischer Identity.
I like the seam where software meets hardware, like registers, noisy sensors, and microcontrollers with no time to waste. I'm into spaceflight and autonomous vehicles.
I finished my B.S. in Software Engineering at FGCU, and I am currently going to UF for their ECE graduate program.

Just finished as of 07/21/2026. It's a byte-for-byte implementation of Git based on the init -> add -> commit loop.

Off the keyboard: golf, writing, and hopefully traveling. Probably gonna own a winery one day. Lately, reading my way through aerospace history, like Apollo, flight software, that kind of thing. Current reads are on Goodreads.
