Upgrade react-native sdk to be expo-53 compatible
Changes include:

  1. "@types/react-native": "0.70.0",  - removed, shipped with react-native in newer version

  2. "react-native-ble-plx": "^3.4.2" - upgraded

  3. "resolution" - removed, not required anymoe

  4. Remaining changes (to react, react-native) come from [npx expo install --fix](https://docs.expo.dev/workflow/upgrading-expo-sdk-walkthrough/)
