Update SUNSPOT and Sigma rule references in XDR package

Updated URLs and references for SUNSPOT malware and Sigma rules in createUiDefinition.json and mainTemplate.json to reflect new sources and improve accuracy. Incremented analytic rule version to 1.0.3 for analyticRuleObject2.
