- Used https://github.com/Kira-NT/HotAvalonia for the community hot reload library as it is more actively maintained than LiveAvalonia (of which the last commit was on Sep 20, 2023 as of Dec 25, 2025.) and thus produces more consistent hot reload results overall. This part needs more clarification if Avalonia Accelerate will support Hot Reload.
- Changed Xamarin.Forms comparisons to MAUI, the now more relevant cross-platform framework counterpart.
- Updated other references of the latest .NET version from 8.0 to 10.0
