Find a common ground between GUIs for training and ephys

We have streamlined the foraging GUI for training rigs #172, but ephys users may still prefer to see all the information on the same screen without clicking through the tabs. We had a discussion today and decided:

1. let's first deploy Major refactor of the GUI #172 to training rigs
2. @XX-Yin will try two approaches
   • add an ephys-specific tab on top of Major refactor of the GUI #172 where all information is presented in one page
   • maintain two versions of .ui files and load one of them depending on the rig
3. evaluate the long-term necessity of exploring training parameters during ephys experiments (do we need to, and more importantly, should we change parameters during ephys/optogenetic experiments?)

Right now we maintain to version of the .ui one used in 446/447/428/Ephys1/Ephys4, and the other used by @XX-Yin on Ephys3. Its extra work to maintain both. This issue is whether we want to permanently support both, or not.
