FIP upgarade — replacing Teensy with cuTTLfish

Towards the end of the year (likely mid Dec), we will be upgrading the six "D" rigs with FIP.

The FIP will be controlled by the new hardware and new software refactored by @bruno-f-cruz :

Specific changes I foresee:
-Excitation on/off will be done in the UI of the new FIP-Bonsai code
-Save location (.\session-folder\fip) needs to be passed to the FIP-Bonsai (via ZMQ?)
-Excitation "mode" (or just bare excitation power settings) needs to be passed to the FIP-Bonsai

I'm in the middle of piloting this new config in Rm428 test foraging rigs. I will update how it goes here.

I left a socket that accepts a ZMQ message to automatically start acquisition. Let me know if you want to implement this feature, of if you are ok with users clicking "Start"

Will we continue to generate metadata in the same way? If not, does that require upgrading DFT to metadata 2.0 to support composability of metadata?

Will we continue to upload data to the existing combined FIP + DFT pipeline? If not, does that require any changes?

We will anyways migrate to split pipelines (DF-specific + Fiber-specific) shortly.
