FIP metadata does not update based on FIP mode

• FIP Mode is either "Axon" or "Normal"
• FIP mode is recorded in the "Notes" of the modality.FIP ophys stream
• We need to update the patch_cord_power_output to be dependent on the FIP Mode.

Just a reminder that we should be working toward pulling the fiber metadata generation out of the dynamic foraging task control software. The larger goal is modularization so that behavior software controls behavior data/metadata generation and fiber software controls fiber data/metadata generation.

Maybe the fix for this issue is small enough that it warrants keeping it in the foraging gui in the short term. I just wanted to keep emphasizing this point about the desire for modularity, though.

Hi @XX-Yin, could you help us update the GUI code to generate session metadata correctly based on FP modes?

I remember we in the past hard-coded 20uW for all channels but it needs to be updated as follows:
normal -> 20/15/30 (uW)
Axon -> 60/15/0 (uW)

This is a good step for increasing the "modes" in the future.

@ellahiltonvano should this issue and ticket be closed? Seems like @XX-Yin merged in a fix in May
