Add Scientist name to session.json

Right now, the session.json metadata contains the RA name. We should include the scientist name as well.

I tried to resolve this here: #1503

But I couldn't get the metadata to generate correctly. I think I'm going to punt until after @micahwoodard's curriculum updates are done
