In my network, we are having many messages about buffer size too small by dnsproxy. dsnproxy itself has an option to tune the UDP buffer size, but there is no way that can be controlled through AdGuardHome. With this simple PR, it's possible to do so now.
I also took the chance to do some minor documentation improvements by adding a reference to dnsproxy settings to the comments
