Describe the bug
SMPPTFIN statement in for SMPE job SZWESAMP(ZWE2RCVE) HLQ issue

Additional context
If HLQ ZOWE is used, this job substitutes the input as ZOWE.ZOWE.AZWE003.SMPMCS

the skeleton of the receive job should be as follows:
//SMPPTFIN DD DISP=SHR,DSN=&HLQ..AZWE003.SMPMCS

instead of //SMPPTFIN DD DISP=SHR,DSN=&HLQ..ZOWE.AZWE003.SMPMCS

will prove more flexibility with HLQ
