zzow06 integration tests running slowly #4002
Description
CICD Integration tests run against zzow06 take on average twice the amount of time as the same test suite run against zzow07 and zzow08.
This behavior started some months ago, and there is no specific known system change which caused the performance decline. We should investigate the system to determine what could be causing the slower builds and address it. This issue can be closed when builds on zzow06 are in the same neighborhood as 07 and 08 (+/- 20%).
