The SDK provides a separate Java (no-Spring) libraries with current security-related and other functions

• The commons-spring library is split into:
  1. message library
  2. security
  3. commons-spring
• Enables Java-only applications to use the security functionality or only the message library
• Spring related functionality remains in commons (which is an opinionated core for REST API services while the new Java libraries are versatile)
• It will prevent the commons-spring library from becoming a monolith that is not usable by existing APIs
