Linking issues PUGIXML_WCHAR_MODE

I only undocumented the line in pugiconfig.hpp

Figured it out. For context I have extracted the zip into a folder called xml. So the pugixml.hpp is in xml/src.

So my CmakeList.txt is

cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.19)
project(lol)

set(CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD 14)
add_subdirectory(xml)
include_directories(xml/src)
add_executable(lol main.cpp xml/src/pugiconfig.hpp xml/src/pugixml.hpp xml/src/pugixml.cpp)

Import using #include <pugixml.hpp>

Then it links properly.
