That's likely impossible; ZBM strips all video drivers and other supporting
software out of the initramfs it generates. Video hardware in general can't
be initialized beyond being a simple EFI frame buffer since it can struggle
to come back up cleanly after kexec.
You might be able to hack in the drivers and tooling for a custom build,
but I expect that it will be fairly fragile.
