VID and PID don't update

I've called set_pid and set_vid and passed new integers for both of them, which seem to be correctly set because when calling get_pid and get_vid they return the new values.

However when going to a gamepad tester site/app, the values are still the same as they were originally.

Also it looks like the set_pid function in virtual_gamepad.py calls "vigem_target_get_pid" rather than "vigem_target_set_pid". I fixed that on my local script but neither of the ID's update correctly still.

The typo is resolved in #38 , still needs to be pulled.

I have never tried those functions though, so I don't know it they are supposed to work. I just added them to the vgamepad API because they were present in the VIGEM codebase.

I gotcha. It looks like it's getting set fine in the object in the script itself just not the virtual controller, I'm guessing because the virtual controller gets created automatically on initialization of the gamepad object.

Is there a way to not automatically set up the virtual controller on VGamepad initialization, so you can set the ID's then initialize the virtual controller?
