Asset monitoring using WARC tools

As we create WARC archives in the asset storage, we can use tools like
http://netpreserve.org/openwayback
and software from https://github.com/ikreymer?tab=repositories
to show whats inside our asset store. This is a front-end implementation which need mcp back-end support.

@Orbiter @mariobehling I think at present yacy doesn't have any microservice/service that indexes WARC files of URLs. so how to proceed with this?shall we first create a mock file in asset storage and then create a frontend for that? once we achieve this we could extend our crawler to index websites/information as WARC files.
