Search addon's activeMatchBackground doesn't seem to get blended correctly#5369

VS Code issue: microsoft/vscode#252449

activeMatchBackground when set as an opaque green in VS Code seems to make the color blue. Is there a blending bug mixing r/g/b values incorrectly?
