[Bug] [XCT.Sample] ContentPages BackgroundColor in Dark Mode

Description

page.SetAppThemeColor in PreparePage overwriting ContentPages BackgroundColor. On Android in Dark Mode, it is not even possible to see the search bar from the Behaviors page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the device to Dark Mode
2. Navigate to Behaviors page

Expected Behavior

Able to see the search bar

Actual Behavior

Not able to see the search bar

Yeah I think it has a number of hardcoded colors in there. Labeling this as something someone can pick up, will be a nice exercise. Don't spend too much time on it though. Not sure how much of the sample app we will reuse with the .NET MAUI Community Toolkit

@jfversluis thanks for checking 👍 I have pushed a very simple PR removing what is actually causing the overwrite causing the app looking strange in dark mode, simple solution until we get the colours correct. Thoughts?
