Upgrade Browser types?

Hi there!

I noticed WXT uses @types/chrome and does some light transforms. Would it be possible to update the types?

I had a PR merged recently and it adds support for use_dynamic_url which I'd like to take advantage of!

We've been updating it regularly.

If you want to do sth else, e.g add new feature, then open an issue.
