Landscape orientation issue on the domain selection screen

Expected behavior

In landscape orientation, the content in the domain selection screen should be scrollable.

Actual behavior

In landscape orientation, the content in the domain selection screen is not scrollable, and readable.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Launch the JP app.
2. Sign up.
3. Create a new site.
4. Change the orientation to landscape.
5. You'll see the screen as shown in the screenshot, and the content is not scrollable.

Tested on Galaxy S22, Android 13, JPAndroid 23.6-rc-1
