[Comment] Comment Reply Text Persists after Replying Twice or More to a Comment

Expected behavior

When replying twice or more to a comment, the comment reply text should clear when the right arrow Send button is clicked.

Actual behavior

When replying twice or more to a comment, the comment reply text doest not clear when the right arrow Send button is clicked. The comment reply text only clears when replying to a comment once. See screen recording below for when that flow works for the first reply, but doesn't for any subsequent reply:

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• Go to Comments screen and tap on any comment.
• Reply to that comment once and notice the Reply to comment... edit text field being cleared.
• Reply to that comment again (twice) and notice that the Reply to comment... edit text field is not being cleared. Instead, the second reply and its text is being persisted on the edit text field.

Tested on [Pixel 4a], Android [13], JPAndroid [23.3-rc-1 (1370)]
