Block Types Switching

Expected behavior

Block type stays as selected.

Actual behavior

Random quote blocks in android app change type. I have only experienced quote blocks introducing this behavior.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

It is random.

Tested on Samsung S23 Ultra, Android 13, JPAndroid 23.0

@derelekt1, thank you for the report! I've added the necessary labels that the GitHub bot requested for this issue, and am working to replicate the problem you've described.

From your screen recording, it appears you're using the classic editor. Would you consider switching to Gutenberg, the newer, block-based editor for WordPress on your site? I ask because Gutenberg is the editor that we're actively supporting and maintaining. By switching to Gutenberg, you'll benefit from more updates and bug fixes.

While we do still accept and appreciate bug reports for the classic editor, it's no longer our primary focus in terms of maintenance. As such, issues that are specific to the classic editor are likely to receive slower fixes. I'd definitely recommend switching to Gutenberg to safeguard against future regressions and keep your site up-to-date with the latest editor.

@derelekt1, I attempted to reproduce the problem with various different blog posts using the classic editor, but have not been able to. It's odd that this seems to only happen on specific posts on your site, too.
