Post Settings: tags removed on rotation while the tag editor is open

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new post and add tags.
2. Close and re-open the post.
3. Go to the more menu (three dots) > Post Settings.
4. Verify the tags are still there.
5. Tap Tags to open the tag editor.
6. Rotate the device.

Result: if you rotate the device (either from portrait to landscape or vice versa) while the tag editor is open in Post Settings, the tags are removed. (1m1s)

I just came in to report the issue and of course @designsimply beat me to it :)

I'm still able to reproduce in WP Android 20.9-rc-2 on Samsung Galaxy s21, Android 12.
I don't even have to close the post first - when editing the tags, rotating the device removes the tags.
