Activity Log: posts without titles are not read aloud in the detail view

Steps to reproduce:

1. Publish a post or draft without a title.
2. Go to Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack > "Use service" or use the Volume key shortcut.
3. In the WordPress app, go to My Site > Activity.
4. Swipe right until you find the post without a title and double tap.
5. Swipe right to read the detail view.
6. At the end it says "double tap to activate", try doing that.

Result: the title for the post is "Untitled" but it is not read aloud and double tapping the detail activity view doesn't do anything. (23s)

@designsimply Hey, could I work on this issue?
I don't know I understood properly the problem. The issue needs the following solutions:

1. The "Untitled" title to be read aloud.
2. Give feedback on double-tapping action.

By the way, what should happen after double-tapping the detail activity?

In this case, there isn't anything that should happen, "double tap to activate" shouldn't be outputted as there is nothing to activate.

After a bit of additional testing, I'm not certain what the intended behaviour is for when those post titles are activated. In the web, those are empty links, but they lead to the editor in the app when TalkBack isn't enabled.

I've raised a question in Automattic/wp-calypso#49139 to gain clarification on the intended behaviour before diving in any deeper here.
