Trailing slash in URLs #2
Description
if url has trailing slash, it will be encoded incorrectly.
For example:
http://центрхолод.рф => http://xn--d1abshfblp2af.xn--p1ai (correct)
http://центрхолод.рф/ => http://xn--d1abshfblp2af.xn--/-4tbm (incorrect)
For English urls all will be ok
