Support for checking cards with a specific name

It would also be handy to check for cards with portions of their name I.E. something along the lines of "if robot has 'cyber' in name deal 2 damage to it'.

I've been resistant to this in the past, because having cards that specifically need other specific cards to function would break certain game formats. But I do see how it could be useful for Set / Set Draft formats especially. So maybe sometime in the future I'll allow it.
