Prepare the PWA to be published into an App Store #14
Description
With some styling improvements to make it more "app-like", AmeDoko could be published to Google Play / App Store.
- Clean up styling and navigation to get an "app like" feel
- Update manifest
- Update the service worker and stuff
- Implement background update fetching logic using the service worker
