由于目前使用的邮件服务商列表已经停止维护（#1113），不在其中的需要自行配置服务器与端口，这是阿里云的邮件推送功能配置过程。
阿里云的 邮件推送 提供了推送邮件的功能（好像是个废话。。。）
设置发信域名和发信地址，具体步骤阿里云有完整的教程
配置完成
