SVC cannot use the new model training feature on Colab. #1323

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Colab is crashing now and I am completely unable to train new models. I can only infer pre-trained models.
Is anyone facing the same error as me? Please help me fix this.

I have successfully trained many models, but now I don't understand why this error appears.
