Add capability to download and use Aria Operations report for VMC #43

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Customers who have (vRealize) Aria Operations should already have all the data necessary to generate a report we can use for sizing workloads for VMware Cloud on AWS.
Describe the solution you'd like
Using the ID of an object in Aria Operations, generate a report using the Aria Ops VMC report API (https:///suite-api/doc/swagger-ui.html?urls.primaryName=Internal%20APIs#/VMC)
transform the JSON response into a payload to be used for sizing using the VMC sizer
