Command line options for "default" and "custom" documented incorrectly #33

Describe the bug
When using the "default" option, input parameters for host type, cloud type, cluster type (single / multi-AZ), etc aren't getting set correctly.

when using default, options for host type and cloud type (etc) should impact the calculations for sizing, or generate feedback for user
