Add CycloneDX output format #30

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
CycloneDX seems to be becoming a common standard for BOM data within the industry. Build Inspector should be able to output dependency information in the CycloneDX JSON and XML formats to ensure it can be ingested into common tools
Describe the solution you'd like
Dependency information should be provided in proper format for CycloneDX, with any necessary/unavailable information such as overall component name being filled with a clear placeholder to allow for document enhancement.
