[Question] FTP limiting and permissions

Hello, I have just installed this module, however I am a bit confused. I have created a jail, andI pressumed that the user would be restricted to the listed directories. However when I open a session via SFTP, I can still access the top folder, and he can read files. How do I restrict access to only the home folder? Secondly, I want to restrict the users access to commands via SSH. For example, I want the user to be able to use the

npm install

command in this directory, but nothing else. How would I go about that?
