ng2-charts v7 not supporting Angular 18

👋 Hi,

I'm trying to integrate ng2-charts@7.0.0 into a project using Angular 18 (@angular/common@18.2.3), but I'm encountering a dependency conflict during installation. The error reads:

While resolving: my-app
Found: @angular/common@18.2.3
Could not resolve dependency:
peer @angular/common@"^19.0.0 || ^20.0.0" from @angular/cdk@19.2.11
peer @angular/cdk@">=18.0.0" from ng2-charts@7.0.0

Any updates on this issue, still facing the same with ng2-charts v7 and angular v18?

after installing cdk18 manually worked for me

npm install @angular/cdk@18 --save
ng add ng2-charts@7.0.0

Installing CDK 18 works, but does not help (well the CDK it wants v19 now).

The general issue seems to be #2010 though.
