Describe the bug

Not sure if it's a bug or I am simply misunderstanding what they are for.

Currently all my memos are private and i am the only user in a local network. Nothing shows up in the Inbox or Explore rider. It says "no data". The rest of the docker container seems to work.

I assumed inbox would be the memos of today or notes shared with me.

I assumed explore would be memos I have access to.

Steps to reproduce

  1. deploy app in docker
  2. open in local network
  3. create admin user
  4. click on Inbox and explore rider

The version of Memos you're using.

v0.22.5
