Feature Proposal: Add model switching function

Description

Propose adding a dedicated model switching dialog to enable seamless transitions between different AI models (e.g., Claude 3.7 Sonnet, GPT-4, Gemini)

sketch 是按不同功能设置不同 llm 的，估计不能用这个 UI 吧

由于设计上支持 plan/act/fast apply 等不同场景使用不同模型，暂时只提供在设置页设置
