ipt-enable-logs randomly needs refresh script ran

Is there a way that we can add some sort of watchdog to ipt-enable-logs.sh / refresh-iptables.sh ? I'm running into issues where the script quits running randomly after 24+ hours, without any FW rules being modified by me... The only way I noticed this is when my SIEM stops reporting any logs being ingested.

It would appear that what's causing this is the System Update checker. I disabled automatic system updates, and the behavior has stopped.
