merge recheck and check buttons #1
Description
if there are two buttons one has to choose and it is not clear which and recheck is always faster.
Current issues:
- recheck will only send over annots for the part of the program checked
- recheck ONLY works after you have PERMALINKED the file since it uses the previous version.
