Is a HeaderContext to validate headers useful?

Hi,

In fact we have already this kind of assertion in the behat2 branch :
https://github.com/rezzza/rest-api-behat-extension/blob/behat-2.x/src/RestApiContext.php#L108

We just currently never backported it on the master. So feel free to contribute ! I think we could add it to the RestApiContext, no need to create a new context.
