pake not seeing rust

Hi there, I followed the installation commands - which include installing rust. I can see that rustc is installed:

❯ command -v rustc
/home/dustin/.cargo/bin/rustc

Running without a path ( I had added the cargo bin to my rc files) is working:

❯ rustc --version
rustc 1.67.0 (fc594f156 2023-01-24)

Yet when I try to run pake, I get the following.

❯ pake --icon /home/dustin/Pictures/Icons/gmail.png --name "sysdig-email" 'https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/#search/is%3Aunread'

So then I run it with sudo:

But I have rust installed via rustup.

Is this a bug, or user error?

• Added node V18 repo
• sudo apt install npm
• sudo npm install -g pake-cli
• sudo apt update; sudo apt install libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev build-essential curl wget libssl-dev libgtk-3-dev libayatana-appindicator3-dev librsvg2-dev
• curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 https://sh.rustup.rs -sSf | sh
• source "$HOME/.cargo/env" (but did end up restarting my terminal)
• sudo apt install libdbus-1-dev libsoup2.4-dev libjavascriptcoregtk-4.0-dev libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev build-essential curl wget libssl-dev libgtk-3-dev libayatana-appindicator3-dev librsvg2-dev gnome-video-effects gnome-video-effects-extra
• run pake

sudo apt install npm? Error: EACCES: permission denied

Ensure the version of your installed Node.js is greater than 16.0 such as 16.8. Do not use sudo to install. If you encountered permission issues/problems while installing using npm, see How to fix npm throwing error without sudo.
