Add support for connection protocol in `Port`

In some cases, like for `anilallewar/microservices-basics-spring-boot` - `myslqdb` service, the parsed port information can contain the configured protocol (`3306/tcp`).

Currently it is ignored, but it would be good to incorporate into the DFD.
