Unnecessary changes made to platform #31
Description
The following changes to platform are undesired and in some cases may risk regressions of core functionality:
- Whitespace-only change in browse.html
- Unnecessary type checking in CreateWizard (this can be supported with composition policy instead)
- Search-related styles have been commented out for unclear reasons
- Changes to Layout tightly couple this component with the notebook
