Offer: MMC5983 3-axis magnometer

I've accidentally implemented a reasonable chunk of a driver for the MMC5983 magnometer (I have a Sparkfun Micro Magnometer (Qwiic)), and I wanted to check if:

1. This would be useful to anyone else
2. This is being worked on by anyone else

I'll likely polish up what I have and open a PR in spare time over the next week or two — please let me know if it's already being developed elsewhere!

(I'm slowly working my way through the Qwiic/StemmaQT boards I own and documenting them on #739)

Sure it's welcome. I don't think anyone is working on that, and I would like to know more how you "accidentally" implemented something 😆 , but yes, please share your driver.

Haha 😄 I started wondering how drivers worked, kept putting little "demo" pieces of code together just to help me understand, and all of a sudden I was getting temperature readings back from the MMC5983 😂

Glad to hear it'd be useful! I'll put that code together and get the workings of a package together for this chip! 🚀
