Add proxying functionality à la Tabletop.js

I understand that Google Spreadsheets works well up to 25.000 visits per day. If you have more visits than that, could you include in Doctop a way to serve the content over 25k visits? Maybe a automatic way to generate a static Json file or something else?

@miguelpaz Interesting idea. Tabletop.js has an option to setup a proxy of some sort, which I've used previously to decent effect. Sounds like a good feature to add to the next release, putting on roadmap!

Though I'll note one short-term fix would be to just save the published Doc as a static HTML file, upload that somewhere convenient (S3 or where-ever) and then set the new address as the URL in Doctop. There isn't anything explicitly tied to Google Docs in the code; the published HTML file can be served from anywhere (though you then lose the ability to auto-update the copy via GDocs).

Yeah, I would find it very useful because so far what we have done is to generate a static Json file and update it by hand. It does not take long but is painful because you do it after you realize some users are having problems to view a project so its not a preventive solution but a "oh we have a problem, lets fix it" solution. About static HTML file, great idea for a spreadsheet that does not get automatically updated.
