Remove name:zh for v2

In #1955 we're adding explicate name:zh-Hans (Chinese simplified) and name:zh-Hant (Chinese traditional). We did not remove the now redundant (and confusing!) name:zh as that would be a breaking change for one of the common supported Tilezen languages.

But for v2 we can remove it.
