NEEDS INFO: More boundary name stripping (country, region)

Generally short boundaries still have name properties, when they can't be named.

Perhaps we need a minimum length threshold &/or increase the char pixel width assumption &/or make sure there's at least 3-char of whitespace on either side (6-char total) of the text compared to the line width?

There are also ways to measure length to width + height and disqualify lines that are mostly wiggles.

I think it's possible to label "Bern" on the segment of boundary which is at the top left of the property list box. 🗜️

Perhaps some examples would help fine-tune the "letter width" to better match expectations. Please could you find a handful which are just long enough and that you think should be labelled, and a handful which are very nearly long enough and that should not be labelled? Hopefully I can extract a better cut-off value from those.
