Description
ACU needs to have a functioning step-tracker:
GEO (sync) - slow angular velocity estimation
GEO (stationary) - program track and then reevaluate every 3 seconds for possible GEO (sync) change
I think the ACU is going to have distinct Program Track and Step-Track modes, but long term the mission planning interface will have the ability to auto transition from Program Track to Step-Track on mission planned contacts.
