[FEATURE] Parsing enum in Modbus connector

Describe the issue
We're reading some Modbus sensors and some registers have an "Enum" type field where the register value denotes a state of the device instead of a 'sensor value'. Would it be possible to add a data converter for this kind of data ( like a calculated field, but on the gateway )

Versions (please complete the following information):

• OS: RaspberryPi ( Raspbian ) and Docker
• Thingsboard IoT Gateway version [3.7.9]

an example of this kind of behavior is the KippZonen RT1 Pyranometer ( as well as almost every Solar Inverter we have read on Modbus )

This feature sounds interesting!
I think we can add this feature in the next Gateway releases.

Configuration for the register can look like this:

HIhi, I think that kind of config would work great !

some more examples of where this kind of parameter lookup thing happens on Residential Solar inverters ( Growatt SPFES as an example , But i also see it on the Deye/ Sol-Ark, SMA and other ones when speaking on Modbus )
