Allow choosing a different AWS icon theme

The latest AWS icon packs contain multiple themes, e.g.

• standard: <thing>.svg;
• dark: <thing>_dark-bg.svg; and,
• light <thing>_light-bg.svg.

It would be nice to allow users to choose which theme to use.
