Add Checker For Preprocessor

Currently, we do not check for the proper functioning of preprocessor module.

Describe the solution you'd like
A checker class child that would check a test file through the script and judge whether it was correct or not. And eventually, send data.

Additional context
One can look into existing checkers which are present in the maintenance module for basing the new module over.

The contributor is required to get to know how the preprocessor module works and then make pipeline to use the preprocessor.sh file, pass in a sample video (which he can ask for from me), and then check for the execution of steps properly (such as by checking if folder is created and it has all the required files).
